Michael Clemente is a seasoned private investigator with New England Missing. Based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, he brings over three decades of real-world investigative experience to his work, supporting both training and community-focused efforts. His involvement with NEM reflects a long-standing commitment to service, accuracy, and helping families during critical moments.

Michael is the owner of Mr. & Mrs. Detectives, a private investigation agency serving Rhode Island and the surrounding region. Throughout his career, he has handled a wide range of cases, produced detailed investigative reports, and worked closely with clients, attorneys, and law enforcement professionals. His training philosophy is grounded in practical field experience, with a focus on clear, realistic instruction that prepares investigators for the work as it truly exists, not how it is portrayed.


Pedro Jorge
Investigations | Worcester, Massachusetts

Pedro Jorge is a member of the Investigations team with New England Missing, where he supports case efforts and assists families during critical moments. He was drawn to NEM by its mission, hands-on approach, and a strong belief in giving back through meaningful service.

Pedro brings extensive investigative experience, with over six years as a Massachusetts state investigator and additional experience in police dispatch. His background includes investigative work with the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and the Cannabis Control Commission, and he currently serves as an Investigations Supervisor within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He supports NEM across all aspects of the investigative process and assists wherever needed to advance the organization’s mission.


Kerry Milauskas
Digital Operations & Outreach | North Kingstown, Rhode Island

Kerry Milauskas is a volunteer with New England Missing, where she manages the organization’s website, social media, and digital storytelling efforts. Based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, she helps ensure that important cases and community information are presented clearly, respectfully, and with care.

With a background in digital content creation and writing, Kerry works primarily behind the scenes to support awareness and outreach. She believes strongly in the power of community, clarity, and compassion, and brings those values into every aspect of her work with New England Missing.


Janet Kelly
Case Manager

Janet Kelly serves as a Case Manager with New England Missing, where she supports families and helps coordinate case-related information. Her role focuses on maintaining organization, consistency, and clear communication throughout the life of a case.

Through her work with NEM, Janet helps ensure that each case is handled with care, attention, and respect for the families involved. She plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting the organization’s mission and day-to-day operations.


Donna Coffin
Advocate

Donna Coffin is an advocate with New England Missing and a key supporter of the organization’s mission. Her involvement reflects a shared commitment to awareness, community support, and standing with families affected by a missing loved one.

As part of New England Missing, Donna contributes to the strength and visibility of the organization through advocacy and support. Her role helps reinforce NEM’s focus on compassion, responsibility, and community-driven action.
